We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Specialist who is excited to build and execute high-impact marketing programs that directly influence business growth. In this role, you’ll lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive demand, elevate brand awareness, and strengthen customer relationships across the entire lifecycle. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and Sales, bringing strategic ideas to life while staying hands-on in execution. What You'll Do:
 
  • Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across healthcare and education markets; track performance and optimize results using data-driven insights
  • Partner closely with Product Management and Sales to develop and align go-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging
  • Create and manage impactful marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content to support demand generation and sales enablement
  • Develop and execute content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across digital channels (web, social, email)
  • Assist with coordination and support for trade shows, conferences, and virtual events, including logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-up
  • Manage and update website content for assigned product lines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
  • Leverage marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, generate insights, and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including managing relationships with advertising or creative agencies
  • Support lead generation and nurturing efforts through marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints

 

Do You Have?...

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within healthcare, education, technology, distribution, or partner/VAR environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce (or Account Engagement), Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing external agency relationships and driving project execution
  • Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving and campaign development
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule from Mount Prospect, IL
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%
