As a Sr Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate challenging optical engineering projects from requirements to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer requirements and goals.

Estimate project scope, cost, resources, risks, and timelines.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Manage multiple projects and mitigate risks.

Develop and maintain program documentation.

Communicate regularly with customers on status, cost, and schedule.

Assemble data for invoicing and reporting.
Required skills:
- Strong technical background in specification, design and implementation of complex opto-electro-mechanical projects.
- Ability to engage customers and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to take a hands-on approach including design and lab work as needed.
- Ability to travel to meet program needs and develop new business opportunities.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in imaging optical system Preferred fields: mechanical engineering, optics, physics, or related areas with a strong preference for experience/background in imaging optical systems.
