As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the contracts process and bringing contract management discipline into the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Review:

  • Review requests for documents and draft supporting text as needed.
  • Coordinate with supporting organizations to ensure timely and accurate document preparation and submission.
  • Manage the approval process for completed documents, ensuring all necessary parties review and approve as required.
  • Track and monitor all contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and alerting relevant parties of upcoming deadlines, renewals, and flags. Partner with Sales, and other internal leaders/ functions as needed, to broker discussions with customers to facilitate issue resolution and contract closure.

Policies, Processes, Compliance:

  • Develop and implement related policies and procedures to streamline contract management and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Supervise non-disclosure agreement (NDA) requests, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage annual company certification requests, coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring timely submission.
  • Provide support to the Director of Compliance & Contracts, including research, reporting, and administrative tasks as required.
  • Working with leadership, drive contract management discipline into the organization.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Compliance & Contracts, evolve the role, responsibilities, and processes to match the needs of business.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or a related field (law, program management, for example).
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements.
  • Intellectually curious, you will thrive creating innovative programs, leading initiatives, driving change.
  • Pragmatic and practical, you will be detail-oriented, organized, and rule-following to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as required to get things done.
  • Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assertively sell and influence effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in contract management software, SalesForce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
