Job Title:  Technical Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and improve customer relations. This position reports to the Global Technical Support Manager, Service and Applications Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to distributors, field engineers, and OEM customers.
• Assist with equipment installation, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Train service engineers and distributors on product use and repair techniques.
• Develop and deliver in-house training programs.
• Collaborate with engineering and QC teams to improve product serviceability and resolve quality issues.
• Travel up to 30% in North America and overseas.

Required skills and qualifications

• Degree in a technical discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience servicing software-driven electromechanical systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience training others is a plus.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to quality.
