At Zygo, we believe in fostering curiosity, collaboration, and persistence, and we are excited to invite you to join our team as an HR Process Improvement Intern. This 11-week internship will allow you to develop impactful tools and strategies while supporting critical HR initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Definition: Collaborate with the HR team to define and execute a focused project aimed at enhancing digital communication tools.
  • SharePoint Development: Design and develop a SharePoint strawman site to host toolkits, policies, processes, and programs for managers and employees.
  • Communication Roll-Out: Create and implement a comprehensive communication plan for the deployment of digital resources.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Information Technology.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SharePoint development or similar content management systems is a strong advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity and Initiative: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a creative mindset for developing innovative solutions.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
