Job Title: Assistant Accountant

This is a TEMPORARY position reporting to the Accountant Manager . Assisting and supporting all activities at the office. All responsibilities are completed in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, techniques, and practices. The offices are located at NAUCALPAN EDO. MEX
Responsabilities:
Enter recurrent MJE.
Code/ type vendor invoices .
Type purchase orders, and follow up until they arrive to the warehouse
Enter the inventory receptions into the ERP (ORACLE).
Ask purchase quotations to both BU (Solid, Powervar)
Support the physical inventory.
Prepare account reconciliations.
Create and maintain order files.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
2+ years of professional work experience in a simillar position
Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Bilingual , excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge Oracle System
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to deliver commitments.
