Job Summary:
Serve as a technical expert on-site. Customer Interaction, answer technical questions about products and guide customers through basic diagnostics. Restore high-tech devices, from programmable power supplies to precision test equipment. Analyze challenges and develop clever solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and restore our high-tech devices, including programmable power supplies and precision test equipment, while ensuring the highest quality standards
- Analyze technical challenges and develop innovative solutions to optimize the functionality and performance of the devices
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics on faulty devices and identify the underlying causes for effective problem resolution
- Guide customers in using and maintaining our devices, as well as advising on optimal usage methods and safety precautions
- Create detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation to ensure proper traceability of the work performed
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as technical support and product development, to continuously improve the service offering and device performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and high-quality standards in all service work, including regular training and professional development
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience as an electrical or computer technician with solid troubleshooting skills and knowledge of the theory of electronics
- Degree in electronics or electrical engineering
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a technician or in technical customer support
- Excellent communication skills – you’re clear and friendly, even with complex technical topics
- Passion for problem-solving and quality work
- Good English skills for international collaboration
