Your Impact:

  • Lead and oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and inventory accounting processes
  • Ensure compliance with HGB, SOX, and international tax regulations
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits
  • Generate insightful financial reports and statistics
  • Drive process improvements and support system implementations
  • Act as a key finance partner in M&A activities and integration projects
  • Mentor junior accounting staff and support their development 

 

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial training with certification as a Certified Accountant ("Bilanzbuchhalter") or hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in accounting or financial controlling
  • Comprehensive knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and international accounting standards (IFRS)
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), with advanced, hands-on proficiency
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and excellent analytical skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and quick to grasp new concepts
  • Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in written and spoken form

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
