What awaits you:

Payroll and HR Administration:

  • You’ll handle payroll processing, ensuring compliance with German laws and regulations.
  • Managing payroll accounts, master data, and timekeeping will be in your hands.
  • You’ll correspond with social security institutions and the tax office.
  • You’ll maintain our personnel management system and manage relationships with external vendors.
  • You’ll be the go-to person for employees and managers regarding payroll and HR questions.

HR Projects and Development:

  • You’ll actively contribute to HR projects, from M&A activities to managing the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Your expertise will be sought after for payroll-related advice in various projects, especially M&A activities.
  • You’ll identify opportunities to improve our HR processes and implement efficient payroll procedures.
  • You’ll have the chance to optimize workflows and create new, smart solutions.
  • You’ll use our HR system to provide reliable data and contribute to exciting projects.

Your Profile:

  • You have relevant qualifications and at least 5 years of experience in payroll.
  • You have experience with HR projects and are eager to further develop in this field.
  • You’re a strong communicator, organized, and have a “can-do” attitude.
  • You have very good German and English skills.
  • You enjoy working with HR programs and tools and are ideally familiar with SuccessFactors and Microsoft Navision.
