Our Sales department at FARO CREAFORM is looking for a motivated student to provide administrative support to the sales team. This key role contributes to smooth operations by supporting the team in managing sales activities and customer data, primarily using the CRM and office tools.

What you will do on a daily basis
- Provide administrative support to the sales team using the CRM.
- Enter, track, and confirm customer orders.
- Contribute to the management of customer files (customer creation, opportunities, billing, credit checks, quotes, etc.).
- Update and maintain accurate data in the CRM.
- Participate in the preparation and follow-up of reports and performance indicators.
- Carry out administrative projects using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Follow up with existing customers regarding the use of their service program and future needs.
- Work closely with various teams to ensure efficient and well-structured processes.
Please note: this position is primarily administrative, with no direct sales solicitation or responsibilities.
What we are looking for
- A college or university student in administration, management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and proactivity.
- Good written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Advanced English for internal communication with colleagues (Spanish is a strong asset).
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ease in learning new computer tools (CRM and internal systems).
