Key responsibilities of this HR technician role in Lévis
- Ensure front-desk reception services at the head office, including managing phone calls, emails, and visitors for a few hours per day
- Manage building access, cards, badges, and daily logistical needs
- Coordinate office and reception orders, inventory, and supply requirements
- Provide logistical support for meetings, training sessions, events, and team activities
- Contribute to the employee experience and HR initiatives, including onboarding and employee recognition
- Ensure administrative follow-up of certain HR files, including OHS, immigration, and invoicing
- Maintain HR data, key indicators, and tracking tools up to date
- Support the HR team with recruitment activities and special projects
Qualifications that will help you succeed at FARO CREAFORM
- Excellent command of French and English for internal and external communication in English
- A naturally professional approach
- Ability to manage a high volume of files and prioritize effectively
- Experience in reception, customer service, or a similar administrative role
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ease with office tools
- Discretion, attention to detail, and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Autonomy, ability to work under pressure, and ease in following and applying established procedures
