Under the leadership of Martin, Vice President of Strategic Development, you’ll play a key role in implementing growth strategies and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Martin, your future manager, is known for his energy, curiosity, and business acumen. With over 18 years of experience at Creaform, he now holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Business Development and Sales.

What does a typical project look like in your new team?
- Define and deploy the overall growth strategy for Creaform Engineering and Crank;
- Build and lead a high-performing business development team;
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities and key accounts;
- Ensure strategic alignment between sales and marketing to drive global growth;
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve objectives;
- Position our software solutions and services to enhance customer experience and added value;
- Promote a culture of innovation, performance, and talent development.
Some key elements that will help you settle in smoothly with us:
- Dynamic leader with strong skills in management, communication, and strategy;
- Engineering degree (software preferred); MBA is an asset;
- Over 10 years of progressive experience in software/services, including 5+ years in team management;
- Solid technical background and strong understanding of sales, marketing, and go-to-market processes;
- Experience in product management, planning, and development;
- Ability to thrive in complex environments and inspire their team.
- Being bilingual in French and English is essential, as a large portion of our communications is conducted in English with our international subsidiaries and clients. You’ll frequently participate in meetings with English-speaking partners.
