As a 3D Metrology Expert, you’ll play a key role in our customer service team. You’ll carry out 3D data acquisition and processing projects, train our clients on our solutions, and become a technical reference for your team. Your day-to-day will be filled with stimulating challenges, meaningful collaboration, and opportunities for professional growth.
Alexandre, your future manager, is known for his attentiveness, approachability, and transparency. He has been working at Creaform for over 18 years and currently holds the position of Technical Manager.

What does a typical project look like in your new team?
- Stay in contact with clients to perform 3D scanning based on specific needs;
- Process the collected data to extract reliable results for quality control, reverse engineering, or dimensional analysis;
- Deliver the project on time, ensuring compliance and high-quality deliverables;
- Train users on Creaform products and software to help them become autonomous and efficient;
- Answer technical questions and support the client in using the solutions;
- Collaborate with your team to share insights, improve processes, and contribute to the evolution of technologies.
A few things that will help you settle in with us:
- Degree in engineering (technical or university level) or equivalent experience;
- Fluency in French and English (Spanish is an asset);
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Americas (approximately 50% of the time);
- Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and resourcefulness;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities;
- Strong interest in customer service and sales;
- Comfortable with both oral and written communication.
