The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in planning, delivering, and optimising digital campaigns across multiple channels to support brand growth, lead generation, and audience engagement. This role is responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media activity, and executing targeted PPC and email marketing campaigns. Working closely with colleagues across marketing, design, and commercial teams, the Digital Marketing Specialist will analyse performance data, provide actionable insights, and help drive continuous improvement in digital activity. The successful candidate will bring creativity, strong analytical skills, and a passion for staying ahead of emerging digital trends, ensuring all online activity aligns with organisational objectives and brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, PPC and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimise LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns to maximise ROI.
  • Create, publish, and maintain engaging digital content aligned with brand tone and marketing objectives (blogs, newsletters, social posts, landing pages).
  • Monitor campaign performance and analytics, using tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and social insights dashboards.
  • Report on KPIs and campaign effectiveness, providing insights, recommendations, and data‑driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, product, comms) to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve performance and adopt new innovations.

 

Requirements for Consideration:
A strong passion for social media and an eagerness to learn and stay up to date with industry developments.

  • Good knowledge of social media platforms and how to optimise them for engagement and performance.
  • A proven track record of delivering successful, targeted LinkedIn PPC campaigns.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Confidence, integrity, and the capability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing or social media, the ideal candidate will have hands‑on involvement in creating and scheduling content across major platforms, as well as delivering targeted PPC campaigns.
  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media & Communications, or a related field is required, along with strong written and verbal communication skill.
  • A genuine interest in emerging digital trends and evidence of continued professional development through industry certifications will also be advantageous.
