Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Scope of Role: As a Customer Service Administrator, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to both external and internal customers. Your role will primarily involve handling inbound and outbound calls, managing high-volume and often complex customer interactions, and ensuring smooth operations within our repair facility.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Administer customer repairs both in our repair facility and subcontracted.
- Provide high-quality customer service to all customers.
- Quote and price repairs or sale of other goods and services.
- Manage customer loan orders and requirements.
- Source and raise purchase orders in accordance with the purchasing handbook.
- Handle customer delivery forecasts, reports, and general enquiries.
- Liaise with production areas to achieve targets.
- Assist with import/export requirements.
- Maintain and improve TAT (turn-around-time), OTD ( on time delivery) quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide guidance to benefit the company and its customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies' requirements.
- Responsible for managing specific customer accounts from quotation to payment.
Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level standard or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service and administrative support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume and complex customer interactions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with production and other teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the avionics industry is a plus.
