The salary range for the position is $85,000 - $130,000.
 
 
How you will make a difference @ FARO CREAFORM:    
 
  • Own intercompany accounting activities globally, including reconciliations, issue resolution, recharges, and monitoring of intercompany balances and subsidiary investments.
  • Perform foreign currency accounting, payroll‑related entries, accruals, and quarterly estimates for reporting and tax purposes.
  • Manage fixed asset and lease accounting, including depreciation, amortization, ROU assets, lease liabilities, and system reconciliations.
  • Execute and support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and consolidation support.
  • Support internal and external audits, SOX controls, and statutory and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with global finance teams and shared service partners, maintain ERP master data, and drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
 
You have: 
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent designation preferred.
  • 4–7+ years of accounting experience in a multi‑entity, international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP (FI/CO), consolidation tools such as FCCS or HFM, lease accounting systems (Costar or LeaseQuery), and advanced Excel.
  • Ability to manage complex topics independently, meet tight deadlines, and communicate effectively across multiple time zones.
