ERP Functional Analyst

Reporting to the Global Business Systems team, the ERP Functional Analyst serves as a key liaison between business teams and Information Technology. In this role, you will support, optimize, and enhance our ERP solutions to effectively meet the organization's operational needs.

You will work across multiple ERP platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), SAP, and Epicor, while collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the organization.

How You Will Make an Impact at FARO CREAFORM

  • Provide functional support for ERP systems.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents to ensure operational efficiency and system performance.
  • Gather business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Participate in ERP implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
  • Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and external partners.
  • Contribute to testing, data validation, and post-deployment support activities.
  • Train end users and promote the adoption of best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • College diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ERP systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is required.
  • Experience with SAP and/or Epicor is considered a strong asset.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, JIRA, and ServiceNow is considered an asset.
