Job Title: Document Control Analyst

Position Summary:
The Document Control Analyst will provide configuration management support to the engineering and quality departments in our aerospace manufacturing facility. This position will be responsible for maintaining libraries of technical documents, data, and files in accordance with AS9100, and aerospace best practices. Additionally, this position will complete administrative tasks as needed to support the business.
How You Will Do It
- · Review online customer portals for changes to configuration-controlled documents. Coordinate reviews of changes by internal stakeholders
- · Create and maintain libraries of technical documents, data, and files
- · Facilitate the Change Control Board (CCB) activities for internal document changes in accordance with industry standard practices
- · Administer product data management (PDM) database
- · Perform technical writing for engineering and quality departments when needed
- · Send and receive file transfers to/from customers and supplier
What We Look For
- · 3+ years of experience managing documents in an AS9100 regulated organization
- · Strong knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 10007 configuration management requirements
- · Understanding of Product Data Management (PDM) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software
- · Experience using CAD software is a plus
- · Familiarity with CMMC cybersecurity requirements
- · Strong attention to detail with demonstrated capacity to organize and maintain proprietary files and records
- · Ability to work independently, as a team member, and manage key relationships
- · Ability to prioritize workload and complete tasks in a timely manner
