Job Description:
The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in approving and processing accurate orders in a timely manner. This position will serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed knowledge of order process management for Skybitz solutions
- Process orders, new and replacement, for customers (internal and external) as required
- Assist operations with order adjustments as needed
- Work with the sales organization to ensure data accuracy in Salesforce.com
- Support sales team members with account setup, order processing, billing issues, shipping, escalations, and associated customer-related assistance, as needed.
- Sales Force CRM management (changes to records, fields, workflows, validation, reports)
- Review and maintain contract accuracy to include ordering, changes to contract, trial conversion, and reactivations
- Monitor multiple email inboxes and respond within a timely manner
- Other projects and assignments, as required
Experience:
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Operations or Project Management
- 2 + years of professional experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills, Abilities & Knowledge:
- Experience with Sales Force and Great Plains ERP system
- Order processing, customer support and billing experience
