AMETEK Brookfield is looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) located in a home office in German Central Region to complete and support our European Sales and Service team. Headquarters are located in the US, while German office is in Hadamar-Steinbach.

 

After appropriate training the new colleague will take over full responsibility of their sales area.
 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the sales territory in Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Baden-Württemberg to achieve regional sales targets through demand planning and market analysis.
  • Maintain and grow the customer base in the pharmaceutical, food, chemicals, cosmetics, and building materials industries, with a focus on building long-term relationships with key customers and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Manage all sales-related activities in the region, including revenue growth and product demonstrations.
  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries and ensure thorough documentation in the CRM system.
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade fairs, and industry events for market observation and competitive analysis.
  • Manage direct sales channels (OEMs, end consumers, distributors) and take responsibility for selected distributors in Europe.
  • Ensures compliance with all relevant commercial policies and procedures to ensure that the business maintains full legal compliance with all relevant national legislation and Ametek policies.

 

Your Profile:

  • Degree in a technical field (or comparable).
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical sales (preferred).
  • Proven track record in expanding sales and customer relationships.
  • Strong team player with initiative and the ability to effectively present technical products.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Proficient with MS Office, CRM systems, and webinar tools.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 60% within Germany or Europe as needed).
  • Residence in Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, southern NRW, or northern Baden-Württemberg.
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B).
