Key Account Manager OEM (m/f/d)
What tasks await you?
- Expansion and management of our customer network in the agricultural segment
- Building, maintaining and expanding strong long-term relationships with existing customers and business development
- Technical and commercial activity to customers for agricultural applications, machine solutions and product specifications
- Monitoring customers satisfaction, conducting follow-ups and driving actions to improve customer experience
- Participation in national and international trade fairs and customer events
- Management of customer projects in close cooperation with project management and R&D
- Analysis of trends and developments and sharing insights with the team
- Preparation of strategic plans, forecasts and customer planning
What do we expect from you?
- Technical or commercial degree, degree as a state-certified technician or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in automotive account management – desirable in the field of agriculture, commercial vehicles or mobile machinery
- Strong customer orientation, communication talent and strategic business understanding
- Understanding of agricultural processes, machines and applications
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills as well as intercultural competence and high commitment
- Very good knowledge of German and English – other foreign languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally (50%)
