Job Summary:
As the HR Business Patner (m/f/d), you will play a key role in supporting our business leaders and employees across Germany. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic and operational HR support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This role combines hands-on HR expertise with a strong understanding of German labor law and a passion for people development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational HR Support: Provide comprehensive HR guidance to managers and employees on all people-related matters, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Talent Acquisition Collaboration: Partner with our Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure timely and effective recruitment processes.
- Learning & Development: Design, implement, and manage training and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability.
- HR Process & Tool Implementation: Contribute to the rollout and continuous improvement of HR systems, tools, and processes, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Global HR Initiatives: Support global HR processes such as salary and performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and leadership development programs.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all HR practices comply with German labor law, internal policies, and global HR standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in an operational HR role as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive employee relations
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in German and English, at lease C1 level
