Job Title: Production Control and Logistics Manager

Production Control and Logistics Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and management of product assembly operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to established quality and production standards. Directly supervises Shipping and Stock Room functions and collaborates closely with the Assembly Technician Supervisor to maintain smooth workflow and timely delivery.
What you will do:
- Manages the flow of material in and out of factory to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
- Estimates repair costs, and coordinates R.M.A logistics
- Monitors adherence to quality standards
- Participates in daily production meetings with cross-functional teams (procurement, quality assurance, engineering) to resolve issues and drive process improvements
- Plans, organizes, and manages shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
- Facilitates communication and collaboration between departments, suppliers, and management to maintain smooth operations
- Manages all customer portals and transactions, including credit hold releases
- Partners with managers to implement company policies and achieve organizational goals
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations across all production and shipping activities
- Supervises, motivates, and develops team members to foster productivity and engagement
- Identifies training needs and supports employee development initiatives
- Applies knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste
- Ensures inventory accuracy and monitors daily cycle counts
We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred
- 3 – 5 years experience in Planning
- APICS/ISM Certification desired
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Solid understanding of basic mathematics for production calculations.
- Proficiency in using and interpreting measuring equipment with high accuracy
- Working knowledge of ERP systems for managing production and inventory processes
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of material management principles and best practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
- Effective negotiation skills for vendor and interdepartmental coordination
- Ability to collaborate and achieve objectives in a team-oriented environment
