Job Description: 

AMETEK’s Ultra Precision Technologies Division is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance, HR, & Operations Coordinator to support the U.S. based teams of our international business units, Kern, Taylor-Hobson & Solartron Metrology. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that will provide a wide range of support cross-functionally with a focus on HR, Finance, and Order Processing.  This person will provide support and help drive initiatives that align with business goals and foster a positive, high-performance culture.

 

Responsibilities section:

  • Finance
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable
    • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger entries
    • Support audits and liaise with external auditors
    • Assist with reporting and data requests
    • Support tax filings and budgeting activities
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Human Resources
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
    • Partner with hiring managers to support job postings, candidate screening and scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding
    • Maintain HRIS records and prepare payroll submissions for corporate processing
    • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, and manage employee documentation and reporting.
    • Support administration of annual processes such as open enrollment, goal setting, and performance reviews
  • Order Processing & Logistics
    • Process orders including billing and freight scheduling
    • Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
    • Maintain accurate records of transactions and shipments

 

Requirements section:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting cross-functionally, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Knowledge of HR and Finance practices and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/payroll systems

Compensation

Employee Type:  Hourly
Salary Minimum:  $50,000
Salary Maximum:  $65,000
Incentive:  No
