As a Methods and industrialization technician you will be Attached to the methods and industrialization manager, your main mission is to:
- Ensure the industrialization of products by integrating the concern for the safety of people and the imperatives of Cost/Quality/Time.
- Provide production support.
- Contribute to improving the organization and processes related to production.
You are responsible for:
Ensure the industrialization of products by integrating the concern for the safety of people and the imperatives of Cost / Quality / Deadlines:
• Define ranges and production engagement diagrams (assembly, SEP).
• Define and design the tools to be used in production and after-sales service.
• Define specific packaging and packaging (production and after-sales service).
• Define and standardize working methods, in particular through documents (eg operating procedures) for production and service, in collaboration with experts from the departments concerned.
• Ensure the technical interface (in both directions) between R&D and operations (production, after-sales service, Ordo, Purchasing); ex. participation in design reviews.
• Ensure a technological watch on the production processes within its scope.
Provide production support:
• Provide support to production, after-sales service and suppliers (excluding instrument development).
• Process supplier exemption.
• Be the guarantor of vacuum methods within the assembly workshop.
Contribute to the improvement of the organization and processes related to production:
• Facilitates problem solving groups on production issues.
• Proposes organizational improvements for production (eg flows and layouts) and manages their implementation according to Lean principles.
• Propose improvements to optimize production (eg time reduction) or to facilitate manufacturing by suppliers.
You have :
- BTEC Higher National Diploma on industrial products design.
- Mechanical specialty.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Knowledge on CAD software.
- Knowledge on void technical.
