Job Title: Planner, Service Production

Introductory:
Reporting to the Planning & Warehouse Manager, the Planner, Service Production is the key point of contact for the Supply Chain function within the Service department.
He/She anticipates needs, ensures logistical coordination with Supply Chain, and guarantees the continuous optimization of service inventories, as well as alignment between availability and demand for spare parts.
He/She consolidates all service inventories for the Business Unit.
Main responsibilities :

Anticipate and forecast future Service activity needs in collaboration with Service Sales and Customer Service:
- Analyze historical data and upcoming orders
- Lead the monthly cross-functional meeting with Customer Service, Sales, and Supply Chain
- Develop, propose, and adjust the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
- Monitor the progress of Service production orders
- Measure production adherence to the MPS
Supply Chain flow management and system parameterization:
- Define and maintain up-to-date Supply Chain parameters for the Service catalog in the ERP system
- Ensure consistency of management data (forecasts, lead times, stock levels, etc.)
Inventory management and optimization:
- Manage and optimize Service inventory based on sales forecasts and set targets
- Take necessary actions to prevent stock shortages
- Produce regular reporting on inventory status across the different subsidiaries
Coordination:
- Act as the interface between Customer Service and Supply Chain (warehouse, procurement, and purchasing)
- Analyze feedback related to customer issues and propose corrective actions
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum, 3-year degree) in production management and/or logistics
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial production and logistics
- Interest in high-technology systems
Professional knowledge required & Abilities
- B2 level in English
- Knowledge and effective use of an ERP system (Navision would be a plus)
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Knowledge of inventory analysis tools
- Attention to detail
- Analytical skills and ability to prioritize
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Responsiveness and dynamism
