MISSION

Reporting to the Global HR Director, the Human Resources Manager is charge of fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction relying on its team of 3 people.

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Talent Acquisition:
-    Manager the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
-    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.
-    Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.

Employee Relations and representatives
-    Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and proactive engagement.
-    Address employee concerns and inquiries in a timely and confidential manner.
-    Lead the work council activities by preparing agendas and meetings with the HR Business partner.
-    Lead the yearly and mandatory negotiations with the Unions
-    Monitor and report on employee relations trends and concerns.
Performance Management:
-    Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
-    Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance-related issues.

Compensation and Benefits:
-    Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
-    Keep abreast of industry trends and make recommendations for improvements.
-    Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports using HRIS.

HR Policies and Compliance:
-    Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.
-    Ensure consistent application and understanding of policies across the organization.
-    Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and report on key compliance metrics.

Employee Engagement:
-    Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
-    Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to measure and improve the employee experience.

Metrics and Reporting:
-    Develop and maintain HR metrics dashboard for key stakeholders.
-    Prepare regular reports on HR key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
-    Analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

HRIS Responsibilities:
-    Administrate the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, security, and system functionality especially on Succesfactors.

-    Provide training and support to HR and other departments on HRIS usage.

Continuous improvement:
-    Take permanent and sustainable action to improve all processes within his/her area of responsibility, by eliminating malfunctions and non-value-added tasks.
-    Suggest improvements to the processes in which he/she or his/her teams are involved.

Management :
-    Decides, arbitrates and, if necessary, represents his/her team to the next level of management.
-    Helping his/her team to solve problems by working with peers.
-    Supporting teams in the development of their activity, function and behavior to ensure that they develop their skills (know-how and interpersonal skills).
-    Supporting the company's vision and recognizing the successes of its teams, to encourage their commitment.

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, ABILITIES

-    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree and/or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
-    10 years of proven experience as an HR Manager 
-    A solid knowledge of labor laws and human resources regulations.
-    Proven experience in human resources management, ideally in a similar environment.
-    Excellent ability to communicate and negotiate with social partners.
-    Great organizational and time management skills.
-    Great discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
-    Mastery of IT tools and human resources management software.
-    A strong sense of ethics and confidentiality.
-    An ability to manage complex situations.
-    Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-    Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-    Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
-    Fluent in English
