Job Description: 

 

Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, the Marketing Program Manager owns the design and execution of global marketing programs driving pipeline and revenue across CAMECA’s product’s portfolio.

 

Main Responsibilities

Owns pipeline generation

  • Build and execute marketing programs that directly contribute to qualified pipeline and revenue growth

Designs high-impact global programs

  • Translate market opportunities into targeted campaigns across key applications and segments
  • Drive adoption of advanced analytical instruments used by leading semiconductor, materials science, and research lab

Drives commercial alignment

  • Act as a key interface between marketing, sales, and product to foster programs convert into business

Measures & optimizes performance

  • Own KPIs, budget, and program performance to continuously improve the funnel

Lead execution globally

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure consistent deployment across regions

 

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, B2B, Deep tech
  • University education degree in Material Sciences, Chemistry, Biological Sciences
  • 6+ years in B2B marketing or program management

Professional knowledge & abilities

  • Proven ability to drive pipeline or revenue impact
  • Strong project management in complex environments
  • Experience in scientific / technical industries would be an asset
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools

 

Travel area: international (up to 20%)
