Job Description: 
Reporting to the Planning & Warehouse Manager, the Supply Chain Service Coordinator serves as the main Supply Chain point of contact for the Service organization across CAMECA France and the Business Unit's subsidiaries in China, the United States, Taiwan, and South Korea.
 
The role is responsible for anticipating service requirements, coordinating logistics activities with the Supply Chain organization, and ensuring the continuous optimization of Service inventory levels while maintaining the right balance between spare parts availability and customer demand.

The Supply Chain Service Coordinator works closely with local Service Supply Chain representatives in each country to ensure data consistency, alignment of processes, and best practice sharing across the organization.

In addition, the role is responsible for consolidating Service inventory across the Business Unit and developing the dashboards and performance indicators required to drive operational excellence and support effective decision-making.

Main responsibilities

Anticipating and Forecasting Service Business Requirements

  • Analyze historical data, forecasts, and upcoming customer orders;
  • Consolidate requirements communicated by the various subsidiaries;
  • Facilitate a monthly cross-functional meeting involving Customer Service, Service Sales, and Supply Chain teams;
  • Organize regular coordination meetings with the Service Supply Chain representatives across the different subsidiaries;
  • Develop, propose, and adjust the Master Production Schedule (MPS);
  • Monitor the progress of Service Manufacturing Orders;
  • Measure production adherence to the Master Production Schedule.
Supply Chain Flow Management and System Parameters
  • Define and maintain Supply Chain parameters for the Service catalog within the ERP system;
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of planning and management data, including forecasts, lead times, inventory levels, and other key parameters;
  • Ensure the reliability and consistency of data reported by the various subsidiaries;
  • Contribute to the harmonization of Service Supply Chain practices and parameters across the Business Unit.
Inventory Management and Optimization
  • Manage and optimize Service inventory levels in line with sales forecasts and business objectives;
  • Consolidate and analyze Service inventories across the different subsidiaries;
  • Take proactive actions to prevent stock shortages;Develop regular inventory reports for all subsidiaries;
  • Establish and maintain dashboards and performance indicators to monitor overall Service inventory performance.
 
Business Unit Coordination
  • Act as the key interface between Customer Service and the Supply Chain organization, including Warehousing, Procurement, and Purchasing teams;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Service Supply Chain representatives across the various subsidiaries;
  • Analyze parts shortages and propose corrective actions.
