Position Summary:

Responsible for straightening brazed and welded assemblies and detail parts. Requires good eyesight and patience.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for straightening brazed and welded assemblies and detail parts as required per written instructions.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Willing to work in a very loud environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift heavy items such as fixtures and large units
  • Dependable, able to work overtime
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Ability to read measuring tools
  • Ability to work well with others

 

Education and Experience:

  • High School graduate
  • Background  working in a manufacturing shop would be preferred

 

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be conversant in and read, write, and understand English.

Compensation

Salary Minimum:  $30,000
Salary Maximum:  $50,000
Incentive:  No
