Job Title:  Repair Technician

Our Customer Services department is recruiting the person who will be responsible of this position is to repair products developed by Creaform: HandySCAN, HandyPROBE, MetraSCAN, etc.

You will be responsible for:

• Diagnose problems upon return of a customer unit;
• Evaluate repairs to be made and provide information to Customer Service prior to quotation;
• Carry out product repairs, calibrations and tests according to established procedures and standards;
• Participate in product improvement by raising any irregularities with Customer Service and R&D;
• Prepare customer orders for systems and accessories (RMA).

You have the desired profile if you:

• BAC+2 in mechanics and/or electronics
• Good knowledge of IT tools (Office365)
• Professional command of spoken and written French and English
• Responsible, autonomous and punctual
• Quality-conscious
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Open-minded
• meticulous and conscientious

You gain extra points if you:

• Have any level of knowledge of English;
• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in the electronics field;
