Job Title: Production Process Operator

AMETEK Finland is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as our Production Process Operator at our Finland unit that currently locates at Espoo.
You as our new Production Process Operator will play a crucial role in executing precise production processes to ensure the punctual delivery of AMETEK Finland’s products. You will also actively contribute to upholding top-notch production quality and readily engage in various manufacturing tasks as required. As our Production Process Operator, you will be part of a diverse team of experts. The team will offer you the support and encouragement necessary for your success.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Process production jobs accurately and with high precision. Main focus on production tasks is on detector testing and assembling activities.
- Main responsibility is to work with production lots. Additionally processing of engineering lots and development project batches as needed.
- Handling and storing process data of the production work for quality control purposes.
- Work with practices to maintain workplace 5S and ESD controls.
- Assist in documentation and maintenance of the production processes.
- Identification of any issues and improvement opportunities related to production processes and 5S. Implementation of changes always as agreed with management, quality, and engineering team members.
- Perform window incoming materials inspection (all covers).
- Ensure that the material flows correctly to and from MRB
- Maintain that the quantity of MRB PM & final assembly materials physically and in ERP system is matched.
- Being active and alert in occupational safety matters.
- Assembling and testing of direct shipment production lot’s that are ordered from AMETEK Finland in timely manner.
- You are responsible for achieving production and on time delivery targets to support customer demand.

- You enjoy working on tasks that require good manual dexterity.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a diverse team environment.
- Fluent language skills English, both written and oral.
- This is a shift position, requiring availability for alternating shifts.

- Earlier work experience in similar tasks in a laboratory environment or similar.
