Position Summary
- The Inside Sales and Service Support role reports to the Regional Sales Manager, France.
- He/She will be trained in the sale of technical products or services
- His/Her mission will be:
- To support the commercial and service teams in commercial development and in increasing the turnover, by intensifying activities within existing customers and, from an existing base, to prospect new markets and by identifying new opportunities in all industries present in the assigned geographic sector.
- To be the interface with the factory and the financial department for the order process flow
- To be in charge of the logistics of the parts coming from the factory which have to be dispatched to the customers
- To be in charge of the management of the Webstore
- To be involved in marketing activities (emailing campaigns, website, SEO, social medias, exhibitions)
- The sectors of activity are aeronautics, automobiles, medical, luxury, green energies, etc.
- The position involves close collaboration with the company's departments as well as permanent contact with customers (technical services, production, purchasing, marketing, after-sales, logistics, finance etc.).
- The activity requires technical appetite and great listening and analytical skills.
- The Inside Sales occupies a strategic function in the company. He/She is the privileged intermediary between his company and his clients. He/She guarantees the satisfaction of both parties. He embodies the brand image of his company, therefore its reputation and know-how among the potential market.
Key Responsibilities
Prospection
- From the qualified prospect base, contact the targeted contacts by phone our by email
- Implement the commercial prospection and make the follow-up with contacts.
- Detect opportunities and ensure proper internal follow-up by using the CRM
- Be proactive in defining the selling communication strategy and in defining the way to implement it for making the commercial approach efficient: telephone prospecting, sending commercial documentation, making appointments, etc.
- Track the opportunity and the lead in the CRM
Monitoring and development of existing customers
- Develop existing accounts
- Identify new contacts and department in order to increase the visibility and market shares
Answer to questions and request for quotation
- Involve the company's departments to answer any commercial or technical request.
The Sales Teams will involve him/her in the process of answering to request for quotation:
- Analysis of customer specifications.
- Feasibility study and development of the proposal and specifications considering the client's budget and position compared to competition
- Analysis of contractual documents and terms and conditions
- Write proposals according to the needs of customers or prospects in relationship with the Sales & Service teams
Order Process Flow and monitoring of compliance with contractual elements
- For large orders: Submit all the information necessary for the successful completion of the order registration (content, logistics, installation, etc.)
- Privileged contact for the client throughout the service. Follow up with the customer. Aims to build customer loyalty in order to bring new projects to the company.
- Follow after-sales service during installation
- Actively participate in the recovery of late payments in connection with the company's financial services
Logistics
- For parts sent by the factory or customers and transiting through our Elancourt office, in charge of sending parts to customers or factory with the support of the logistics department.
Quality :
- Monitor customer complaints.
- Monitor the customers’ satisfaction by sending customers satisfaction questionnaire
Commercial Intelligence
- Maintain competitive market intelligence and regularly inform the company of developments in its environment.
- Centralize information on markets and customers.
Marketing
- With the support of the Marketing department, be involved in the creation and implementation of communication campaigns.
- Be involved in the organization of exhibitions
- Be involved in the improvement of the website (translation, content, SEO)
Webstore
- Be involved in the optimization of the webstore (translation, pictures)
- Main contact of the customer for approval of account and quotes
- Checking and validating the quote
CRM
- Fill the CRM in the proper way
- Ensure that opportunities are updated in the system
Role of the position to the manager
- Ensure regular reporting of your activity
- Monitore the KPIs
- Use of internal software tools
Relationships
Internally with:
- Sales and technical teams for determining offers, tracking orders
- Production for monitoring the manufacturing
- The Service for monitoring services and commissioning of machines.
- Experts for managing the technical requests.
Externally with:
- Customer departments
- All stakeholders in the supply chain
Requirements for Consideration
- The candidate will be trained in the mandatory knowledge of his scope and responsibility for the tasks

Experience/Qualification
- Bac + 2 to 5
- French and English speaking
- Pack Office
- Have experience in the role of Inside Sales Support
- Ideally in a Technical environment
- Good communication and listening skills
- Familiar with phoning
