The new colleague will work under the supervision of the HR Manager, supporting France and the Netherlands.
As such, your main tasks will be:
Payroll and personal administration:
· Preparing the payroll and working with our payroll service provider to ensure that pay slips are accurate, having a complete understanding of French payroll;
· Declaring social security contributions;
· Drafting all administrative documents relating to the situation of the employees: employment contracts, certificates, promises of employment, final accounts, orders for luncheon vouchers, onboarding/offboarding procedures, etc.
Contribute to the talent acquisition strategy:
· Publish advertisements on the various job boards;
· Pre-qualify, interview, and shortlist candidates for managers;
· Follow-up on the Success Factors platform;
Support HR development initiatives;
· Carry out professional interview campaigns using LUCCA;
· Participate in drawing up skills plans;
· Ensure the implementation of the skills plans;
Participate in various HR projects/actions:
· Use the HR information system to provide reliable data;
· Contribute to producing HR indicators: comparative situation report, gender equality index, BDESE, absenteeism monitoring, DUERP, etc.;
· Ensure the quality and safety of the sites;
Your profile:
· Bachelor's or Master's in HR with 5+ 3+ years of experience (including work-study) in an HR position, ideally generalist;
· Knowledge of payroll (external provider collaboration) is necessary; Experience with ADP or Decidium is a plus (alternatives: experience with another HRIS such as Sage, Cegid or SAP)
· Interests in the whole range of HR activities (talent acquisition and development, HR communication, etc.)
