Description: Manage IT and business systems to ensure stability and efficiency and anticipate and address business challenges.  Manage IT team to achieve objectives and support employee development, work quality, work volume, work assignments, communications, performance reviews, salary administration, safety, equal employment opportunity, and discipline.  Work with Management Team to develop and execute IT strategy and identify IT opportunities to improve business capabilities and performance.  Drive regular IT audits and risk assessments to increase effectiveness and reduce cost.  Lead IT due diligence for acquisitions and drive post-acquisition IT integration.  Provide business analytics to support growth strategies.  Help develop IT and business systems standards and policies.  Lead IT Sarbanes Oxley compliance standards.  Lead and execute IT project management and IT for industrial manufacturing equipment upgrades and automation projects.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer/Data Science, Computer/Software/Systems Engineering, or related field and 5 years’ experience as Business Systems Analyst or closely related position supporting multiple locations and leading IT projects and/or teams; OR bachelor’s degree and 7 years’ experience.  Experience must include 3 years in hands-on PLC, HMI, and Six Sigma/LEAN manufacturing environment; 2 years in multinational (US/UK/Europe) engineering-centered, product development organization; 1 year in ERP implementation; and 1 year in Sarbanes Oxley audit and/or compliance.  Will accept substantially equivalent combination of educ/training/exp. $213,990/yr.
