The Marketing Manager brings the Paragon Medical story to life—positioning our capabilities, products, and expertise in a way that resonates with customers and differentiates us in the market. This role blends strategic product marketing with best-in-class marketing communications to accelerate growth, strengthen our brand, and elevate the end-to-end customer experience. You’ll translate market insight and customer voice into clear value propositions and commercialization plans, partner cross-functionally to align priorities and messaging, and lead a team that delivers high-impact content across every Paragon Medical product line.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead integrated marketing communications that elevate the Paragon Medical brand and clearly articulate our value to customers—ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across sites, channels, and touchpoints. Own convention and tradeshow strategy and contribute to a standout customer experience at every interaction.
  • Shape global product-line and market-segment strategy in partnership with the broader marketing team—using category expertise, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to strengthen our positioning and drive sustainable commercial growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive moves—translating what you learn into compelling value propositions, new business opportunities, and clear commercial requirements that support future growth.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Pricing to align strategy, priorities, pipeline planning, and go-to-market execution. Set the direction for content strategy and deliver customer-ready assets through hands-on development and leadership of direct report(s).
  • Build and lead a high-performing team—hiring, coaching, and developing talent while fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture that encourages ownership, learning, and results.
  • Activate brand strategy through integrated campaigns and go-to-market plans—building alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure Paragon Medical shows up with one clear, confident voice.
  • Create and coordinate marketing collateral and training that equips sales and customer-facing teams—delivering crisp, consistent materials that support the buyer journey and reinforce our market positioning.


Position Requirements:

  • B.S. in Engineering, Business, or Marketing/ MBA preferred
  • 6-8 years of commercial or product development experience required.
  • Experienced in team development & management preferred.
  • Experience with customer communication, commercialization, & product marketing required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Expert level PowerPoint) required. Skills in Adobe Creative preferred.

Compensation

Employee Type:  Salaried
Salary Minimum:  $120,000
Salary Maximum:  $160,000
Incentive:  Yes
