Job Title: Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative maintains customer satisfaction through the provision of high levels of service ensuring departmental efficiency at all times and to act as the voice of the customer throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide single point of contact for all LAND subsidiary customers at order placement stage.
- Direct handling of IPR (Inward Processing Relief) and export license submissions with HMRC (UK Revenue & Customs), which require local knowledge and timley interaction with UK authorities.
- Cross-training and collaboration with other UK team members to maintain resilience and continuity in customer service operations
- Manage contract review process to ensure compliance to Lands T & C’s and DLA process.
- Review interpret and enter data into internal databases, ERP or CRM tools
- Ensures effective fulfilment of order requirement across all relevant departments in the business.
- Ensures total customer satisfaction from initial order placement to delivery and payment.
- Promote/participate continuous improvement in customer service standards to increase profitability.
- Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer service team to improve the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of customer service.
- Ensures and provides a quality service for both internal and external customers
- Managing customer complaint process through to resolution.
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor from time to time.

Experience, Qualifications & Personal Attributes:
- Experience in Customer Service environment.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and be assertive
- Accounting competency for investigation and processing credits
- Understanding of sales and operations
- Outstanding customer service and relationship building
- Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel. SAP knowledge desirable.
