Job Description:
Join our dynamic marketing team as a Trade Show & Event Planning Intern. This hands-on role offers exposure to event logistics, marketing communications, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll gain real-world experience in the fast-paced world of event management, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in organizing and executing trade shows, conferences, and internal corporate events
- Coordinate logistics such as vendor management, equipment management, and shipping for event exhibits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on event goals, messaging, and branding
- Contribute to pre-event planning meetings and post-event debriefs, capturing key learnings and action items
- Maintain consistency in brand standards and messaging across all event-related materials
- Support administrative tasks related to event planning, budgeting, and reporting
Requirements for Consideration:
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Prior event planning or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to travel to events is a plus, but not required

Employee Type: Hourly Intern
Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour
