As an Intern, you will gain hands on experience within a technology driven organization while applying your academic knowledge to real business challenges. Responsibilities:

Depending on your assigned focus area, you will support a combination of the following activities:

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to support business initiatives, projects, and daily operations
  • Apply data analysis, digital tools, and AI enabled approaches to improve efficiency, accuracy, and insights
  • Assist with researching, documenting, and improving processes using structured problem-solving methods
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards that translate data into clear, actionable information
  • Participate in team meetings, learning sessions, and project reviews to build professional and technical skills

Human Resources

  • Support talent programs, employee engagement initiatives, workforce analytics, and process improvement efforts
  • Use data and AI enabled tools to analyze trends and enhance the employee experience

Sales

  • Assist with sales operations, customer insights, pipeline analysis, and market research
  • Leverage digital and AI driven tools to analyze sales data and support customer focused strategies

Operations

  • Support projects related to process improvement, quality, supply chain, or operational performance
  • Apply data analysis, automation concepts, and AI enabled tools to improve operational outcomes

AI and Digital Transformation

  • Support initiatives focused on analytics, automation, AI adoption, and digital process improvement
  • Assist with data preparation, process mapping, and identifying opportunities for technology enabled solutions\

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or graduate program in Human Resources, Business, Operations, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Interest in learning how AI, data, and digital tools are used in business settings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and communicate insights clearly
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative, team-based, and cross-functional environments
  • Proficiency with common productivity, collaboration, and presentation tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework or project experience related to data analysis, automation, AI, or digital transformation
  • Familiarity with analytical or visualization tools such as spreadsheets, dashboards, or basic programming concepts
  • Previous internship, academic project, or research experience related to HR, Sales, Operations, or technology enabled business improvement
