Job Description: 

 

As the Client Relations Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the Client Relations function, with primary responsibility for leading and supporting Project Managers and ensuring an excellent end-to-end client experience.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and oversight for New Equipment Project Managers.
  • Own and maintain the SCI Shipping Analysis for all business units; schedule review meetings as needed and distribute updated analysis in advance.
  • Train, motivate, and develop team members to achieve optimal performance, engagement, and service levels.
  • Partner with the Director of Operations to align manufacturing and shipping schedules; communicate status, risks, and recovery plans to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Identify potential forecasting gaps that could impact delivery commitments and coordinate cross-functional actions to close them.
  • Monitor open orders, drive timely issue resolution, and ensure proactive client communication to support on-time delivery.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and Salesforce. Experience with Monday.com and AI-enabled tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a team, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a multifaceted, client-facing environment.
  • Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to de-escalate issues and align stakeholders on solutions.

 

Experience:

  • Three to five (3–5) years of experience leading and managing a team responsible for client relations/customer experience in a custom, project-based manufacturing environment.

Salary Minimum:  $95,000
Salary Maximum:  $105,000
