Job Description: 

The Sr. Finance Manager will base in Changzhou, be monitoring all Changzhou factories financial activities, supporting stronger team development plan.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive and improve key metrics review process, incl: AR, inventory, cash flow/WC, etc.
  • Business Support: Sales mix, product mix, profitability, KPI and financial models development per requirements, growth opportunity, and other drivers that influence business decision by management.
  • Budget, Forecast, Planning: Support operational & financial targets setting in strategic planning and annual budget, timely preparation for budget and forecast with precise financial insights.
  • Support business strategic transformation and reorganization.
  • Support management to execute BU or group reporting improvements, continuous Kaizen shoot on standardized and unified reports template among BU.
  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by Greater China Finance Controller.

  •  Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and interpersonal skills, well developed problem-solving skills; solid organizational skills; and the demonstrated ability to be self-directed and effectively relate to all levels of an organization.
  • Must be a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines in a timely manner with accuracy.
  • Ability to coordinate and work with business and financial leaders in multiple locations

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of the relevant working experiences within foreign manufacturing organization or high-technology business
  • Excellent computer skills in spreadsheets, database and ERP (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
  • Fluent English in writing and reading, CET-4 or more
  • Skills with Microsoft Navision, SAP or Visual. Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) will be a plus
