ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Maintains a production plan and inventory plan within lean environment.

- Works closely with customer to meet production plans.

- Identifies capacity constraints and brings recommendations to management for resolution.

- Provides planning support to all new product introductions.

- Pursues contentious improvement in all activities.

- Assists in developing financial budgets.

- Provide information on plant metrics and performance.

- Routinely review performance against the existing production schedule and makes adjustments as needed.

- Responsible for addressing backorders with vendors and developing plans to recover.

- Maintains integrity of planning data within ERP system and conducts periodic reviews.

- Responsible for performance management, including selection, training, employee development, performance reviews, cross training and disciplinary action.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
教育/经验：
Associate education in Engineering, or related field required. Previous experience and knowledge of GMP within the medical device field preferred.
工程或相关领域的大学文凭。有医疗器械领域GMP经验和知识者优先。
