Job Title:  Press Braker I

SUMMARY OF POSITION: 

职位概要: 

Set up and operate press brake and editing of programs of simply parts, tooling maintenance.  Produce good quality parts in a timely manner.

负责简单的调试，操作折弯机，简单程序的编制及维护刀具。及时生产出高质量的产品。

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

基本职责:

• Obtain and apply information from Work Instruction File.

从作业指导书中获取信息

• Under work of CNC Brake Press OP II or Tech Lead. .

在折弯操作工二级和技术指导的指导下工作

• Correctly open and close equipment; correctly use safe unit.

设备的正确开关及安全装置的正确使用

• Correctly use gage tools, include caliper, angle rulers.

正确使用测量工具（游标卡尺，角度尺）

• Correctly slight adjust bend length and angle.

正确微调折弯长度与折弯角度

• Test and inspect product to blueprint specifications.

根据图纸要求检测零件

• Inspect product for compliance to requirements and sign-off for first piece approval.

根据首件检验标准检测零件

• Utilizes and completes documentation as required.   

按要求完成文件的填写

• Understand and follow policy and procedures. 

理解并遵从政策和程序文件

• Prepare product for transfer to next work cell. 

为下道工序做好准备工作

• Shut down and store computer and equipment.

存储关机，

• Document and record all work done in work cell. 

所有工序保存文档

• Daily maintenance of equipment. 

设备的日常维护

• Comply with ISO policies and procedures.

遵守ISO相关程序和制度的要求

• Full time work;

能出全勤。

OCCASIONAL DUTIES: 

偶尔职责: 

Operation of associated metal fabrication machinery:  surface grinder, turret press, surface graining and edge deburring machines, assembly, clean, and pack.  Assist supervisor as needed.  Overtime on an as needed basis.  Once employee demonstrates competency in position, he/she may be required to train others in similar roles.

操作与金属相关的设备: 如平面磨床, 转塔式压力机, 表面磨床，去毛刺设备，装配，清理，包装. 如有需要，协助主管工作。按需加班。一旦被证明有资质，培训其他类似岗位的员工。

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 

教育背景：

High School Graduate or equivalent. 1-2 years experience in metal fabrication.

高中毕业或者同等行业1-2年工作经验
