Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist HRBP, support her (or him) in Paragon HR planning, recruitment, staffing activities and employee relations management, training & development, performance, policy & procedure development, reporting and other related tasks or assigned projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Responsible for DL recruitment.
- Contact with relevant HR websites and post job recruiting ads.
- Complete all related recruitment workflows in SF.
- Assist in arranging on-site interviews for IDL.
- Manage new employee onboarding activities.
- Apply for Concur account, business card if there’s need.
- Training
- Conduct orientation training for new employees.
- Complete processes for external training.
- Arrange internal training sessions.
- Collect all training record and reports.
- Record training data in the database.
- Performance Appraisal
- Track hourly employees' annual performance appraisal.
- Track probation performance for new hires.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Timekeeping and attendance statistics (including various leave types, overtime, etc.).
- Prepare data for variable compensation items such as monthly performance allowance, overtime meal allowances, and shift allowances.
- Provide lists of administrative staff for benefit processing and ensure they are included in taxable income additions.
- Employment & Termination
- Labor contract management (signing new employee contracts and renewing old ones).
- Establish and maintain employee files, including copies of ID cards, certificates, and important work experience in AMETEK, etc.
- Handle employee termination processes.
- Manage temporary staff (cooperate with staffing agencies) for routine tasks such as hiring and payroll.
- Reporting & Budget
- Provide HC reports as required by the BU.
- Prepare related payroll/labor cost reports.
- Others
- Update the organization chart and job descriptions (JDs).
- Maintain an updated list of team members.
- Support HR projects related affairs.
- Handle other related HR matters.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- University degree or above, major in Human resource or other related major.
- At least 5 years of HR experience or related experience.
- Familiar with recruitment, training, C&B, and other functions of HR.
- Familiar with related laws.
- Good office work skills. Advanced MS Excel, word, PPT, Access etc.
- Good team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, confident, awareness of service
- Good at coordinating and communication
- Strong passion in the HR field, capable to deal with high pressure.
