SUMMARY OF POSITION:

According to production plan to finish the production task, and the machining of parts can meet the needs of customers, carefully complete rules form to fill out (such as work orders, equipment class tally sheet, SPC, inspection records, production statistics, tool changing tables, etc.), is presented with the other divisions work, according to the requirements of the company strictly implement 5 s in order to meet the requirements of production environment.
按生产计划按时完成生产任务，并使加工的零件能满足客户的需求，认真完成规定表格的填写（如工作单、设备点检表、SPC、检验记录、班产量统计表、刀具更换表等），处理好与其它班次的交接班工作,按公司要求严格执行5S以满足生产环境的要求。
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
基本职责：
- Strictly implement company rules and regulations and production discipline
严格执行公司规章制度和生产纪律
- Strictly implement production site safety system, 5S
严格执行生产现场安全制度、5S
- Responsible for employee's own safety and the safety of colleagues. Responsible for assisting coordinator in identifying security issues.
负责员工自己的安全和同事的安全。负责帮助协调员识别安全问题
- According to the equipment operation rules, skilled operation of CNC machine tools.
按设备操作规程，熟练操作数控机床
- Strictly implement the company's production process, strictly prohibit arbitrary operation.
严格执行公司生产流程，严禁随意操作
- Finish the production task on time and in good quality according to the production plan.
按生产计划在规定时间内按时按质完成生产任务
- Strictly implement the maintenance of production equipment, implement and fill in the equipment inspection form.
严格执行生产设备的维护保养，认真执行和填写设备点检表
- Fill in the relevant records carefully.
认真填写相关记录
- Responsible for the quality of the products on site, including first inspection, inspection, use of flow sheet and nonconforming product control sheet.
对现场生产产品的质量负责，包括首检，巡检，流转单、不合格品控制单的使用
- Responsible for raw material control

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
教育和经验：
Technical school or equivalent degree, CNC application technology or related major, foreign company experience or CNC operation experience is preferred.
职业技术学校或同等以上学历，数控应用技术或相关专业毕业，有外企经验或数控操作经验者优先
