Job Description:
The Electro-mechanical Assembler will assemble components and products according to specifications, blueprints, and schematics. This includes using hand tools, power tools, and machinery to ensure accurate assembly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interpret and follow complex blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to ensure precise and accurate assembly of products.
- Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery to fabricate, assemble, and process components.
- Conduct in-process quality inspections to identify and correct any defects or errors, ensuring products meet company standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory of parts and materials at the workstation to prevent shortages and production delays.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Document production activities, including tracking completed assemblies, recording quality control results, and reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with engineers and quality inspectors to troubleshoot assembly issues and suggest improvements to the production process.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience.
- Proven experience in an electronics repair and manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to navigate ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- MS office experience
