Job Description: 

The Electro-mechanical Assembler/Repair position consists of reading and interpreting work instruction and drawings, maintaining safety and quality standards. The job requires proficiency in hand tools, conducting tests, and troubleshooting. Additionally, set-up and calibration of moisture and toxic gas analyzers.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reading and following work instructions
  • Disassembling/reassembling
  • Testing
  • Cleaning/Repairing
  • Calibrating instrumentation
  • Troubleshooting electronic problems to board level
  • Solder components to circuit boards efficiently
  • Setting up new instruments with firmware
  • Assembly and calibration of gold film sensors

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associates degree or equivalent in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Technology (or a related technical field)
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Proven experience in an electronics repair and manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to navigate ERP systems
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • MS office experience

Compensation

Employee Type:  Hourly
Salary Minimum:  $40,000
Salary Maximum:  $50,000
Incentive:  No
