Job Description: 

We are looking for a friendly, solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued customers. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support across various communication channels. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a natural problem-solver, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your job as a customer service representative will include but is not limited to:
•    Handle requests for quotation on spare parts.
•    Responsible for spare parts sales, customer order entry and analyzer shipments.
•    Maintain job files.
•    Process invoicing for spare parts and analyzers.
•    Reception activities as required.
•    Other duties as required by business conditions.
•    Education/Experience
•    High school graduate and/or 3-5 years of customer service experience is an asset.

•    Technical aptitude.
•    Computer skills.
•    Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in person and on the telephone.
•    Ability to work within a team environment.
•    Excellent organizational skills.
