We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Calgary office.
Your job as a customer service representative will include but is not limited to:
- Handle requests for quotation on spare parts.
- Responsible for spare parts sales, customer order entry and analyzer shipments.
- Maintain job files.
- Process invoicing for spare parts and analyzers.
- Reception activities as required.
- Other duties as required by business conditions.
Education/Experience
High school graduate and/or 3-5 years of customer service experience is an asset.
Skills
- Technical aptitude.
- Computer skills.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in person and on the telephone.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
