Job Description:

The Senior Account will maintain and oversee division-wide capital expenditures, division-wide intercompany activity, and provide accounting support to various areas of the company, as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Assists with consolidation and reporting of Paragon Medical's group financials including monthly actuals, forecasts and budgets.
- Completes monthly close procedures - preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, supporting schedules for capital expenditures.
- Communicates capital spend and expense results with appropriate members of management.
- Coordinates monthly intercompany statements for month-end close.
- Analyzes and reviews monthly intercompany division to division matching.
- Provides financial and operational analytics to support operations management.
- Other projects, as assigned.
- Participates in forecasting and annual budget process.
- Participates in property tax review and calculation with outside firm.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum - 4 Year Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Preferred - Graduate degree MBA
- 5-10 years’ experience in an accounting or finance related field, with a strong background in capital expenditures processes, financial reporting and analysis, financial systems and budgeting is required
